At Oh My Dog, we want you and your canine companion to be 100% satisfied with your fashion finds. If a size isn't right or a style doesn't suit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
